A specific feast, the Feast of the Precious Blood, was once celebrated on July 1, though it is now integrated into other liturgical celebrations following the reforms of 1969.

We are invited to observe the devotion to the Precious Blood through various spiritual practices, including praying the Litany of the Precious Blood, engaging in daily prayers or novenas, and meditating on the Passion of Christ, especially his wounds.
